Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care across diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Telemetry units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and facility-specific protocols
- Provide mentorship during clinical rotations for new team members
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience required
- BLS/ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
- Completion of our paid training program (provided upon hire)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts in rotating schedules
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
