Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care settings including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to strict clinical protocols and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety compliance
- Adapt quickly to new environments and hospital systems
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Oregon or compact state
- 2+ years of recent acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Flexibility with 12-hour shifts and weekend rotations
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced clinical environments
- Travel nursing experience preferred but not required
