Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals and telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for accurate documentation and telehealth monitoring
- Monitor patient vitals and health status via remote monitoring tools
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Provide patient education and health coaching via virtual consultations
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and telehealth regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with telehealth platforms and remote monitoring systems
- Strong proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
- Excellent communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Ability to adapt to new clinical environments and technologies
- Valid Washington driver's license for occasional on-site visits
