Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures with precision
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
- Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and facility-specific protocols
- Provide mentorship to nursing staff and contribute to unit education programs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State or compact state eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certification required; PALS/NRP beneficial
- Graduation from accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends
- Valid Washington driver's license and reliable transportation
