Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, psychological, and social evaluations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient progress and care interventions accurately and in a timely manner using electronic health records (EHR).
- Monitor patient conditions for changes or deterioration and initiate appropriate interventions immediately.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and discharge planning.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting (ICU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry preferred).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong proficiency in electronic health record systems (EHR).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
