Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in specialized units (ICU, ER, MedSurg)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement patient care plans and evaluate outcomes
- Maintain strict infection control protocols
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota or compact state
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Specialized certifications for assigned unit
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments
- Pass background and drug screening
