Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient conditions and document electronic health records accurately
- Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and discharge planning
- Adhere to hospital policies, JCAHO standards, and state nursing regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Experience in ICU, ER, or Med-Surg preferred
- Flexibility for 8/12-hour shifts and weekend rotations
