Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in dynamic healthcare environments.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans to ensure optimal recovery.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and adapt quickly to new locations and team dynamics.
