Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across multiple healthcare settings in Tucson area
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per protocols
- Document patient data accurately using electronic health record systems
- Participate in virtual team huddles and remote quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO, OSHA, and facility-specific standards
- Provide orientation and mentorship to facility staff as needed
Qualifications
- Active unrestricted RN license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in Med/Surg or ICU
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Experience with Epic or Cerner EMR systems
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and workflows
- Strong telehealth proficiency for remote collaboration
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
- Valid Arizona driver's license for facility travel
