Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Telemetry units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement personalized treatment plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR systems
- Adhere to hospital protocols, JCAHO standards, and state nursing regulations
- Provide orientation and mentorship to facility staff as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Oregon or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in specialty area
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS/NISS preferred
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to adapt to new environments and workflows
- Pass background check and drug screening
