Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in specialized units (ICU, ER, Telemetry)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals accurately
- Document patient records with precision and compliance
- Maintain infection control protocols and safety standards
- Adapt quickly to new healthcare environments and protocols
- Participate in shift handovers and team meetings
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Illinois or compact state
- 2+ years of recent clinical experience in specialty area
- BLS, ACLS, and any required specialty certifications
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background and drug screenings
