Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in acute care settings (ICU, ER, Med-Surg)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
- Adhere to OSHA standards and infection control procedures
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain current BLS/ACLS certifications
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Oregon or compact state
- 1+ years of recent acute care experience
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Flexibility for 13-week contracts
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Valid driver's license for local assignments
- COVID-19 vaccination required (with medical/religious exemptions)
