Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and hospital policies
- Participate in orientation and skills training programs
- Adapt quickly to new healthcare environments and protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license (or ability to obtain GA license)
- 1+ years of acute care experience in specialty
- ACLS, BLS, and specialty certifications (e.g., TNCC)
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
