Responsibilities
- Assess patient acuity and prioritize care in fast-paced emergency settings
- Utilize advanced triage protocols and clinical judgment to determine treatment urgency
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow
- Document assessments and interventions accurately in our EHR system
- Provide compassionate care while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Maintain emergency equipment and supplies per hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years ED or urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Strong assessment skills and triage expertise
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with Epic EHR systems preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
