Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize emergency cases using evidence-based triage protocols
- Collaborate with physicians to determine appropriate care pathways and disposition plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Provide telehealth consultations and remote patient monitoring support
- Train new staff on triage procedures and emergency response protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for patient flow optimization
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona with minimum 2 years ER/urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to de-escalate stressful situations
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse patient population
- Experience with pediatric/adult trauma protocols
