Responsibilities
- Assess patient acuity using ESI (Emergency Severity Index) protocols
- Operate digital triage systems with provided tablets and diagnostic equipment
- Coordinate with physicians and specialists using provided communication tools
- Document patient encounters in our EMR system with supplied devices
- Provide immediate interventions using stocked emergency equipment
- Maintain accurate patient flow tracking with provided monitoring tools
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Proficiency with EMR systems (training provided for specific platforms)
- Strong assessment skills with ability to use provided diagnostic tools
- Excellent communication and de-escalation abilities
