Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient assessments via phone and in-person triage
- Accurately determine patient acuity levels using standardized protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to prioritize care
- Document patient interactions in electronic health records (EHR)
- Provide clear communication to patients regarding treatment plans
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- Recent nursing graduate or career changer welcome
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
