Responsibilities
- Assess patient calls and prioritize medical urgency using standardized protocols
- Provide telehealth triage services with clinical judgment and empathy
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure seamless patient flow
- Document patient interactions accurately in EMR systems
- Educate patients on appropriate care pathways and resources
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX)
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates with relevant experience considered
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong triage assessment and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and de-escalation abilities
- Experience with Epic EMR systems preferred
