Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patient calls and walk-ins using standardized triage protocols
- Provide accurate medical advice and determine appropriate level of care urgency
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams for seamless patient handoffs
- Maintain detailed electronic health records while adhering to HIPAA regulations

Qualifications
- Current Texas RN license with unrestricted status
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience in emergency or urgent care
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Exceptional communication and crisis management skills
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems and telehealth triage platforms
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high patient volumes
