Responsibilities
- Assess incoming patient calls to determine medical urgency and prioritize care needs
- Provide accurate triage recommendations based on established clinical protocols
- Document patient encounters with precision in electronic health records (EHR)

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma)
- Passing NCLEX-RN exam score or scheduled exam date
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Strong computer proficiency for EHR systems
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
