Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize medical urgency
- Provide accurate triage consultations via phone and in-person
- Collaborate with physicians to develop patient care plans
- Document patient interactions using EHR systems
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients on healthcare resources
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years emergency department experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EHR systems preferred
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
