Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize care levels using evidence-based protocols
- Provide telehealth and in-person triage services for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely interventions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients on appropriate care pathways and home management strategies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Current Colorado RN license with at least 2 years of emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with diverse populations
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- BSN preferred or equivalent experience
