Responsibilities
- Assess patient acuity and prioritize cases using standardized triage protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate emergency care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on emergency procedures and care plans
- Monitor vital signs and provide life-saving interventions when needed
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current California RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 3 years ER or urgent care experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
