Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patient calls using established triage protocols
- Provide clinical guidance to patients via telehealth and in-person consultations
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Manage patient flow across emergency and ambulatory departments
- Implement infection control and safety standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Georgia (or compact state)
- 3+ years emergency/urgent care nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Experience with Epic or EHR systems
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication abilities across diverse populations
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
