Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive telephone and in-person patient assessments using clinical protocols
- Triage patients based on urgency and acuity using established criteria
- Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with providers
- Document all interactions accurately in EMR systems
- Provide health education and resources to patients and families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Nevada
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Epic or similar EMR systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
