Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize care based on medical urgency using provided triage protocols
- Operate advanced diagnostic equipment including ECG monitors, vital sign trackers, and telehealth systems
- Collaborate with physicians to develop immediate treatment plans for emergency cases
- Maintain accurate electronic health records using our HIPAA-compliant EMR system
- Provide clear medical guidance to patients via phone, video, and in-person consultations
- Train on new medical technologies and equipment as part of our continuous professional development program
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania with minimum 2 years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC preferred
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Ability to work efficiently with provided diagnostic equipment
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
