Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments using provided digital monitoring equipment
- Prioritize patient acuity in high-volume emergency settings
- Utilize telemedicine tools for remote consultations when needed
- Document cases accurately in our EMR system with tablet devices
- Coordinate with specialists using our integrated communication platform
- Train on new medical equipment during onboarding and quarterly updates
- Maintain equipment calibration logs and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Current CA RN license with 3+ years ER experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency with digital triage systems and medical monitors
- Experience with telemedicine platforms preferred
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work efficiently with provided equipment in high-stress environments
- Strong documentation skills using EMR systems
