Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions using digital triage protocols and provided equipment
- Coordinate with emergency departments using telehealth systems
- Document patient data in EHR systems with mobile devices
- Train on new medical equipment including point-of-care diagnostics
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams via digital communication tools
- Maintain equipment calibration and inventory management
- Provide remote triage support during high-volume periods
Qualifications
- Active RN license with minimum 2 years emergency department experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Experience with telehealth and remote monitoring systems
- Ability to operate provided diagnostic equipment
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Commitment to ongoing equipment training programs
