Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Monitor patient conditions and accurately document all clinical observations
- Provide education to patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (or willing to obtain FL license)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS/NRP preferred for specialty units
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
