Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via telehealth and in-person triage using provided digital tools
- Prioritize patient acuity levels using EHR systems with integrated triage protocols
- Coordinate with physicians and specialists using provided communication platforms
- Document assessments accurately in electronic health records with voice-to-text support
- Provide clear instructions to patients using our patient education tablets
- Maintain equipment calibration and functionality per hospital standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- Minimum 2 years emergency or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with Epic EHR systems preferred
- Strong assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with provided equipment
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
