Responsibilities
- Perform rapid patient assessments using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Accurately prioritize patients based on medical urgency using triage protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams using state-of-the-art communication systems
- Maintain detailed electronic health records with provided tablet devices
- Administer initial emergency treatments with supplied medical equipment
- Provide compassionate patient education using digital health resources
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State
- Minimum 3 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency with electronic health records and telemedicine equipment
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work efficiently with provided medical technology
- BSN or higher preferred
