Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using advanced digital imaging systems
- Manage patient scheduling via our cloud-based practice management software
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following OSHA protocols
- Process insurance claims electronically (remote component available)
- Maintain accurate digital patient records and inventory management
- Deliver post-procedure care instructions via telehealth platforms
- Coordinate with labs for digital case submissions
- Train on new dental technologies during remote onboarding
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Florida Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
- 2+ years of chairside experience with digital radiography systems
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft or DentalEZ practice management software
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance for remote data handling
- Ability to work independently on administrative tasks remotely
- Excellent communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- CPR/BLS certification from recognized provider
- Valid Florida dental assistant license
