Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telephone/telehealth patient assessments using evidence-based triage protocols
- Provide accurate clinical guidance and prioritize patient care based on urgency
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care pathways
- Document all interactions meticulously in our HIPAA-compliant EMR system
- Manage high call volumes while maintaining exceptional patient satisfaction scores
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 3 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Proficient in telehealth technologies and EMR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in telephone triage preferred
