Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize emergency cases using advanced triage protocols
- Utilize provided digital diagnostic tools and monitoring equipment for accurate evaluations
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely patient care
- Maintain detailed electronic health records with supplied tablet devices
- Provide clear instructions to patients regarding emergency procedures and follow-up care
- Train on new medical equipment and technology during onboarding and quarterly updates
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona with minimum 2 years ER/trauma experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in electronic health records (Epic or Cerner preferred)
- Ability to operate diagnostic equipment (EKG, pulse oximeters, etc.)
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong communication abilities in high-pressure situations
