Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments using provided digital triage tools to determine urgency of care
- Utilize telemedicine equipment for remote consultations with specialists
- Maintain accurate patient records via our EHR system with tablet devices
- Collaborate with emergency department teams using real-time monitoring equipment
- Provide education to patients using our interactive health technology platforms
- Respond to high-volume call center inquiries with clinical decision support tools
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas with minimum 2 years ER/urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency with telemedicine systems and digital assessment tools
- Strong clinical judgment in emergency triage scenarios
- Experience with Epic EHR systems preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with provided ergonomic equipment
