Responsibilities
- Assess patient acuity using advanced triage protocols and digital monitoring equipment
- Collaborate with physicians via telehealth systems for rapid consults
- Operate diagnostic tools including EKG monitors and digital vital recorders
- Coordinate patient flow through our state-of-the-art emergency department
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with integrated mobile devices
- Provide critical care education to patients using provided multimedia resources
- Participate in rapid response teams with equipped emergency response carts
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida with 2+ years emergency department experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications with TNCC preferred
- Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
- Expertise in rapid assessment using diagnostic equipment
- Exceptional critical thinking under pressure
- Strong communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration
- Experience with digital triage systems and mobile medical devices
