Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments using provided diagnostic equipment to determine acuity levels
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop appropriate treatment plans
- Utilize telehealth monitoring systems to evaluate remote patient conditions
- Document clinical observations in EHR systems with precision and timeliness
- Coordinate patient flow through emergency department protocols
- Provide emergency medical guidance to patients via phone and telehealth platforms
- Maintain inventory and calibration of provided triage equipment
Qualifications
- Active DC nursing license with BSN (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 3 years emergency department or urgent care experience
- ACLS, PALS, and ENPC certifications required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Cerner preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking under pressure
- Experience with telehealth triage protocols
- Demonstrated ability to operate advanced diagnostic equipment
- Strong communication skills in multicultural environments
