Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize medical urgency using established triage protocols
- Provide accurate clinical advice via telephone, telehealth, and in-person consultations
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain detailed electronic health records with precise documentation
- Deliver empathetic patient education and discharge instructions

Qualifications
- Active RN license in California (CA RN)
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings
