Responsibilities
- Perform rapid patient assessments via telehealth and in-person consultations
- Prioritize cases using evidence-based triage protocols and EHR systems
- Collaborate with physicians to coordinate patient care pathways
- Document encounters accurately in Epic EHR with 98%+ compliance
- Handle high-volume call center inquiries during peak hours
- Implement emergency response protocols for critical cases
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license with 2+ years clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required, TNCC preferred
- Expertise in emergency triage protocols (ESI 5-level)
- Proficiency in Epic EHR and telehealth platforms
- Exceptional communication skills across diverse demographics
- Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment
- Flexibility to cover day/night/weekend shifts
