Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments to determine medical urgency and prioritize care needs
- Delicate accurate medical advice via phone, telehealth, and in-person consultations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care pathways
- Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) with HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Develop patient education materials on preventive care and chronic disease management
- Manage high-volume call centers during peak hours while maintaining service excellence
Qualifications
- Active Hawaii RN license with unrestricted privileges
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in emergency, urgent care, or telehealth settings
- BLS certification; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Expertise in EHR systems (Epic/NextGen preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and crisis management abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
