Responsibilities
- Assess patient calls and prioritize medical triage using clinical judgment protocols
- Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams for seamless patient handoffs
- Provide clear, empathetic health education to patients and families
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona (or compact state)
- 2+ years ER, Urgent Care, or Triage experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EHR systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules
