Responsibilities
- Assess patient calls via telephone and determine appropriate urgency level
- Provide clinical guidance to patients and healthcare staff
- Document patient interactions accurately in EMR systems
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams for complex cases

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX)
- Minimum 2 years triage or ER experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
