- Coordinate referrals and communicate critical findings to physicians and care teams.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough triage assessments for patients presenting with a wide range of medical symptoms.
- Evaluate patient acuity levels to ensure appropriate resource allocation and emergency response.
- Document all triage interactions, patient history, and care plans accurately in the EHR system.
- Communicate treatment instructions clearly to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and providers to streamline patient flow and reduce wait times.
- Handle high-volume call volumes while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Stay updated on clinical guidelines and ensure adherence to hospital protocols.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Indiana.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a triage or urgent care setting.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in EMR/EHR software.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
