Responsibilities
- Answer incoming patient calls and assess symptoms accurately.
- Provide appropriate medical advice and triage instructions based on established protocols.
- Document patient interactions and clinical findings into electronic health records (EHR) efficiently.
- Coordinate patient referrals to appropriate medical providers or emergency services when necessary.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high call volumes.
- Willingness to participate in the paid training program.
