Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize cases using established triage protocols
- Accurately document patient information in electronic health records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to coordinate patient care
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Recent nursing graduate or actively pursuing RN license
- Current California RN license (or eligible to obtain)
- BLS certification (training provided if needed)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
