Responsibilities
- Perform initial patient assessments via phone and in-person triage
- Utilize EHR systems to document patient encounters accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to prioritize patient cases
- Provide clear medical guidance to patients and families
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
- Participate in continuous training and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license (or eligible to obtain in CA)
- BSN degree or equivalent nursing program graduate
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
