Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health status accurately
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Coordinate care plans with family members and healthcare providers
- Maintain detailed electronic health records remotely

Qualifications
- Virginia Home Health Aide certification (HHA/CNA) required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Proficient in telehealth platforms (e.g., Zoom, Epic)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
