Responsibilities
- Assess patient calls and determine urgency of care using standardized protocols
- Provide accurate medical information and guidance to patients over the phone
- Collaborate with providers to coordinate appropriate patient care pathways
- Document all patient interactions and assessments in electronic health records
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards

Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Nursing degree (ADN, BSN, or recent graduate)
