Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and medical history to determine care priority
- Provide urgent medical advice via telehealth and in-person consultations
- Coordinate with physicians and specialists for critical cases
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Train new staff on triage protocols and emergency procedures
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Current North Carolina RN license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
