Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and medical history via phone, video, or in-person triage
- Prioritize cases based on urgency using standardized protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop treatment plans
- Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
- Provide clear, empathetic communication to patients and families
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or compact state)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- CPR/BLS certification (training provided if needed)
